What it is

Your Saha picks your parent up, handles the registration counter and the queue, sits in on the consultation if your parent wants, and brings them home. You get the doctor's advice, the prescription and the bill on your phone before they are back.

What your Saha does

  1. Picks your parent up from home at the booked time
  2. Handles registration, the token and the waiting
  3. Goes in to the doctor with them, if they'd like, and notes what is said
  4. Collects reports and medicines, then drops them home

They can ask the questions you send and note the answers, with your parent's consent. Medical decisions stay with your family and the doctor.

What if the wait runs past 3 hours?

We call you first. Extra time is charged at the same hourly rate.

How much does it cost?

₹500 an hour, with travel within Chennai included. It usually takes 3 hrs, so about ₹1,500. With the Saha Pass you pay ₹1,999 and get ₹2,500 of visits every month.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll find a new slot.
