The hourly rate depends on how much care a visit needs: ₹500 for hospital, travel and outings, ₹400 for company and help with your parent, ₹300 for errands where your parent doesn't need to come. Travel within Chennai is included. If a visit runs longer, we check with you first. Cabs, fees and bills are paid by you directly, so a Saha never handles money.

    How is the price decided?

    By the hour, based on how much care the visit needs. ₹500 an hour for hospital visits, travel and outings. ₹400 for company, walks, bank and phone help. ₹300 for errands like medicine pickups, deliveries and waiting for a technician. Travel within Chennai is included, and you see the total before you book.

    What if the visit takes longer?

    Extra time is charged at the same hourly rate. We always check with you before adding it.

    What is the Saha Pass?

    You pay ₹1,999 a month and get ₹2,500 to spend on any Saha visit. Unused balance rolls over to the next month, rescheduling is free, and you get one summary of the month's visits. Top up anytime with the same extra, and cancel anytime.

    Who comes to my parent's home?

    A Thagai Saha from Chennai, someone we have met in person. You get their name and photo before the visit.

    What can't a Saha do?

    No medicines, nursing or personal care like bathing, and they never sign or pay on your parent's behalf. In a medical emergency, call 108 or 112 first, then us.
