Can this be a monthly visit?

Yes. A Saha Pass works well for that.

How much does it cost?

₹300 an hour, with travel within Chennai included. It usually takes 1 hr, so about ₹300. With the Saha Pass you pay ₹1,999 and get ₹2,500 of visits every month.
